Unlocking the Potential of Your EHR Through Clinical Decision Support

The stars are aligning and all signs are pointing to value based care. As the financial risk for patient outcomes shifts to providers under new care delivery models, your clinical staff will need tools to systematically improve the health of your patients, particularly those with chronic illness.

To save the care team time identifying and proactively treating high risk patients, Grand Round Table has developed clinical decision support solutions integrated into the electronic health record that automatically scan the patient’s chart and engages the care team with diagnostic insights and relevant care guidelines.

Join us to hear Daniel Wasser, MD, Physician Ambassador at Grand Round Table, share his expertise on clinical decision support.

He will discuss how clinical decision support can:

  • save your care team time
  • help providers follow the most current standards of care
  • reduce unnecessary hospitalizations
  • help providers collect Meaningful Use benefits
