Clinical Decision Support: Air Traffic Control for Healthcare

More than ever, primary care providers are required to shoulder the responsibility of care coordination. This is a particularly tall order in managing chronic, high risk patients.

To save the care team time identifying and proactively treating high risk patients, Grand Round Table has developed clinical decision support solutions integrated into the electronic health record that automatically scan the patient’s chart and engages the care team with relevant diagnostic insights and care guidelines within the clinical workflow.

Join us to hear Eric King, CEO, and Daniel Wasser, MD, Physician Ambassador, at Grand Round Table, look at how the aviation industry has successfully used behind-the-scenes technologies to promote safety and efficiency in air travel by tackling major coordination demands, and learn how the EHR can be equipped to take on a similar role in healthcare while helping providers meet many Meaningful Use (MU) and Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) goals.

Their presentation will discuss how clinical decision support can:

  • save your care team time
  • help providers follow the most current standards of care
  • help providers collect Meaningful Use and Patient Centered Medical Home benefits
